Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the second episode of the Super Adventures Of Chad & Chris, where we take a trip through some of our favourite local co-op and multiplayer games. With Chris taking the lead and beating me in Street Fighter EX3, we come to our 2nd most loved multiplayer game on the PS2, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 4.

Whether you like skateboarding or not, if you’re a gamer, there’s a high chance you’ve dabbled with the excellent Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater series. Although the second instalment introduced the manual, and the third introduced the reverb, THPS 4 is undoubtedly our favourite of the original series. From memory, it was the last Tony Hawk game to stick to its original formula of roaming around stages, completing the most random of tasks. No heavy-handed storyline about an underdog skater, or constructing a paradise for skaters (see American Wasteland).

Chris and I decided to battle it out in three games of Horse – hands down the best multiplayer mode in the THPS series. Enjoy!
